Kodus to you Meghan! When I first started reading Rick Riordan’s mythology universe I can’t have enough of it. Lost sleep many times reading them (especially the heroes of Olympus series). Feels good to meet a fellow ‘demigod’ XD. 100% thumbs up! 🙂

Great review! I also loved the two Gods and Heroes books. A taste of the actual myths, plus some of the usual snark of the main series.

Haha, it does, but it’s a good commitment! I haven’t read all the series yet no. I’ve only read Percy Jackson and the companion novels. I’m slowly making my way through the rest! I hope you start your journey soon! 🙂

Percy Jackson series sure requires some serious commitments! So many series plus many companion novels! Did you read them all? I do want to start on it at some point because I want to read more about Greek mythology but I’m so overwhelmed haha

The only book out of these that I have read is Percy Jackson’s Greek Gods and I completely ADORED that book! 😀 I loved learning about Greek Goods through Percy. His thoughts are always a lot of fun to read. Plus the illustrations are gorgeous as well! ❤ I need to get my hands on Percy Jackson’s Greek Heroes. Amazing reviews! 🙂

I think it’s just a lot to get used to in the first book of the series, hopefully you’ll enjoy the second one much more. 🙂

Good to know they get better. Maybe that was the case, because I feel like Riordan knows how to write Percy so well that when it came to these other characters they were so bland and boring.

Oh I loved the Heroes of Olympus books, they do get better. I think the first one throws people off because it doesn’t have Percy. 🙂
