I remember LOVING the original trilogy (yet the ending made me cry so hard). I have YET to read the two new books … don’t ask me why, I have no idea why I haven’t. But I’d like to get to them soon! I just hope that the next book isn’t as drawn out as this one was.
Right?! I was so confused and put-off by the scene. I agree, I have no idea why it was added because it did nothing for the book at all.

I agree with so many of your points, and really want to see how it wraps up in the next book. The attempted rape really disturbed me and felt out of place in the story — I can’t see why the author chose to include it.
