Hmm that’s fair. I haven’t seen too many reviews for this author’s work, but I also haven’t really gone looking for them either. But I would agree that from the one book I’ve read, it was just ok, but I’m willing to try another!

Yes, I totally get what you’re saying! I felt that it was underdeveloped, too and I constantly wanted more or needed more info. That’s fair about reading the sequel, why read a continuation to something you didn’t enjoy.
