Hello friends! Welcome back to another WWW Wednesday! I thought this would be a fun way to see a snapshot of what I’m reading!
Welcome to WWW Wednesday! This meme was formerly hosted by MizB at A Daily Rhythm and revived on Taking on a World of Words. Just answer the three questions below and leave a link to your post in the comments for others to look at.
WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY READING?
You’ll see that I’m going to be reading The Stand for many, many weeks to come as I’m reading this 2 chapters a week for my Stephen King Project. I’m just shy of the 100-page mark and there are SO many characters that have been introduced that it feels a little hard to keep track. I’m really excited to get into the heart of the story. I’m continuing my re-read of the Uglies and I’ve been enjoying the concept of the novel; I honestly don’t remember any of this from when I read it as a teen. Lastly, I’m reading Small Great Things by Jodi Picoult. Wow, this story is so gripping, I’m flying through it. As much as it makes me angry at times, it still really has me invested
WHAT DID YOU RECENTLY FINISH READING?
I finished DarkDawn by: Jay Kristoff last Wednesday night… it was the only thing I wanted to do that night; this was definitely a wonderful sendoff to all the characters. I enjoyed this trilogy so much, I’m sad that it’s over, but happy that I read it. I also finished Bright Smoke, Cold Fire by: Rosamund Hodge. It was good, but there was just so much going on… I had the hardest time writing this review because I had such a hard time just explaining what the book is about… I did it, the book was entertaining, but wooof, haha.
WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU’LL READ NEXT?
I have The Lovely Reckless by Kami Garcia on my shelf from the library waiting for me to pick up. I don’t know what to expect with this book, but I’m still excited to get to it.
That’s exactly why I’ve always been too scared to try Stephen King. It just seems way too intimidating for my liking.
I’m glad you enjoyed Darkdawn and I can’t wait to hear your thoughts on The Lovely Reckless because it’s also on my TBR! (:

Haha! You should start off with one of his smaller works, or a short story! This isn’t my first tome of his, but it’s my first reading it 2 chapters a week, and man it’s slowly killing me, haha!
Oh yay! I’m hoping to get to The Lovely Reckless this weekend! 🙂

Uglies! I love that series so much, but…. I don’t really recall much about it, either, haha. I can’t wait to re-read it, I need to make time for it! 😀
