I was a huge Avril fan when she blew up in 2002. Hailing from Napanee, Ontario, I swear everyone I knew wanted to be her.

If you’ve ever seen Gilmore Girls, when Dean brings Rory home for, I believe, it’s the first time and his younger sister is blasting Avril Lavigne… that was me; I was Dean’s sister.

I had a similar experience, except it was a with a realtor, haha 😝

This is probably my favourite of her songs. After this album, I kinda stopped being a fan because as I got older, she wanted to pretend she was a kid… although Girlfriend was hella catchy!
