I have two for this one:

  2. Kitchens of the Great Midwest by: J. Ryan Stradal

It has to be a tie between:

  1. The Real Doctor Will See You Shortly by: Matt McCarthy
  2. The Book of Awesome by: Neil Pasricha

Can I say Dorian Gray again? No, okay. I’m going to say my new favourite read: Kitchens of the Great Midwest by: Ryan J. Stradal.

I have no idea how to answer this question. Like I don’t think books are evil, but I kinda wish that The Nest by: Cynthia D’Aprix Sweeney didn’t exist. It wasn’t for me.

The Hate U Give. It was beautiful in a breakthrough kinda way. So good. Read it.

The Dark Tower books that I own are really nice looking. I love how the covers merge into one another!

The book I’ve just finished. Alice in Zombieland by: Gena Showalter. I didn’t care too much for it, but I will probably read the rest of the books in the series.

The Grisha trilogy I sped through, even though I didn’t care for the last book.

  2. Oh my gosh, I LOVE this tag! I am obsessed with the Greek gods so you couldn’t have chosen a better tag for me ๐Ÿ˜€ . I keep meaning to pick up The Picture of Dorian Gray! I even held it in my hand in a used book store and decided last minute not to get it (oops? I will next time I find it somewhere!). The Hate U Give is one of my favorite debuts too, it’s a book everyone should read at least once. I’m not a Stephen King fan but those covers are absolutely gorgeous!

    1. You’re welcome, I enjoyed doing it a lot! Yay another King fan! ๐Ÿ˜€ I love his work, but I find I can’t read a lot of his work at one time because it starts to sound the same. I had a burnout of his books in 2012 when I had nothing but time to read ha!

  6. Oh this is an amazing tag Meghan, and thanks so so much for tagging me as well. I LOVE Greek mythology so I almost feel like this tag was made for me and I can’t wait to take part in it now I’ve been tagged!
    Great answers as well. I definitely agree when it comes to Lila for badass character, she was incredible throughout the whole series, also The Hate U Give is a favourite debut of mine as well, and definitely an emotional/powerful read.
