Review: Enter Title Here

Hi guys! Happy Monday! I’m spending my day relaxing since today is a holiday in Ontario! ☀️Because of that I’m going to be posting just a little early!
Today I’m going to be reviewing Rahul Kanakia’s novel Enter Title Here.

Enter Title Here

Enter Title Here by: Rahul Kanakia: Reshma has plotted and strategized her way into being accepted into Stanford from an early age. When she’s contacted by an agent who liked her article in the Huffington Post, this begins a downward spiral into creating the perfect novel, making sure to act out every part to feel authentic. This leads her down a path of despair as she frantically searches to be the best and prove that she’s won. This novel was intense, but it was also very well put together. The execution was done well; it was concise and to the point, but even better the literary composition of this novel was beyond excellent and the reader can tell that the author has studied creative writing because the structure was thorough and pleasing to read. That’s what made this novel fun to read was going along with the main character as she wrote the novel to see where plots landed. This definitely grabs the reader’s attention and sucks them into this world that at first, seems unsure about, but read a few chapters in and it is just awe-inducing. Even the characters that Kanakia created were these perfectly flawed characters, but he made them so you knew they would fail at something, but the reader wouldn’t know what, you had to read and figure it out. They weren’t clichéd or predictable, they were far from predictable. The reader grows this love-hate relationship with the main character because you never can tell what she’s up to or where her thought process will take her, and it all makes for such a wonderful journey. The underlying plot about judging and generalizing was also a great fuel to this story that kept the plot and the reader going until the very end. This was definitely a well worth it read that explores so much in a short period of time, leaving the reader satisfied in the end.
