WWW Wednesday #52 ๐ŸŽŠ

Hi friends, I hope you’re all doing well. Welcome back to another WWW Wednesday; I thought this would be a fun way to see a snapshot of what I’m reading!

Welcome to WWW Wednesday! This meme was formerly hosted by MizB at A Daily Rhythm and revived on Taking on a World of Words. Just answer the three questions below and leave a link to your post in the comments for others to look at.

Here we are guys! My last WWW of the year, and possibly the last one until 2022, we’ll see how 2021 goes. Anyways, I’m really shocked and really proud of myself for posting this every Wednesday for a complete year. I honestly thought I’d miss a week, but I never did! Anyways, enough babble from me, here’s my reading update for the week:

WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY READING?

On page 380
On page 108
On page 95

Night Shift: I’m 77% of the way through; the short story this week felt really long. I get that we needed the backstory to make the story more believable, but it just felt like too much, I kept waiting for surprise that took forever to drop.

The Return of the King: I’m 18% of the way through; I finally started reading the final book โ€“ in which, it was only 2 or 3 days after I finished the second book ๐Ÿ˜…. So far, I’m enjoying it, curious to see where things are going to go.

Lastly, I’m readingย Dear Justyce by: Nic Stone. Wow, this is just as good as Dear Martin and I’m complete lost in Quan’s story. This is hard hitting and really well written.

WHAT DID YOU RECENTLY FINISH READING?

Last week I finished Thunderhead by: Neal Shusterman and it was just as good as the first novel… and that ending, OMG! I still have to write a review… I don’t know why it’s taking me days to write it, but just know I’m loving this trilogy. I can’t wait to read the final book.

I also finished Still Me by: Jojo Moyes and I thoroughly enjoyed this. I think this was the perfect way to close Louisa Clark’s story. This was heavy on self-discovery and finding yourself which was good to read about.

Lastly I finished Dear Martin by: Nic Stone. This was hard hitting, and a really important read. It was also filled with hope.

WHAT DO YOU THINK YOUโ€™LL READ NEXT?

Look at that, at the end of the year I can say that I’ve read everything I set out for myself by the end of the year!

What are you all reading?
