Hello friends! Welcome back to another WWW Wednesday! I thought this would be a fun way to see a snapshot of what I’m reading!
Welcome to WWW Wednesday! This meme was formerly hosted by MizB at A Daily Rhythm and revived on Taking on a World of Words. Just answer the three questions below and leave a link to your post in the comments for others to look at.
WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY READING?
I have no idea why we are still being introduced to characters 100 pages into The Stand but we are! I just want to know how everything is connected. I think this is slowly killing me reading this 2 chapters a week! I’m getting closer to finishing the Uglies according to Goodreads I’m 80% of the way there. I hope to be done by the end of February, as you all know by now I’m enjoying it!
I’m also currently reading Come Tumbling Down by: Seanan McGuire as an ebook. I’m really plowing through this, even though it’s only 152 pages, I know I’m going to want more by the time I finish (hopefully tonight). Lastly (I’m reading so much this week!) The Reader by: Traci Chee. This is my physical book I’m reading on my commute in between my ebook. I’ve heard great things about this, but I’m not very far so I can’t say anything just yet. I’m very excited to really dive in soon!
WHAT DID YOU RECENTLY FINISH READING?
I finished Endless Water, Starless Sky by: Rosamund Hodge last week. This duology as a whole wasn’t my favourite. Much like the first novel, there was a lot happening that I just couldn’t wrap my head around, and the characters I felt like there were 50 of them… when it actuality there were probably closer to 10.
I also finished Hag-Seed by: Margaret Atwood. I’ve never really dived into Atwood’s work before, I’ve read a few short stories for class, but this is my first novel of her’s and I really enjoyed it. It as weird, but in a good way; it was unpredictable but importantly it kept me engaging!
WHAT DO YOU THINK YOUâLL READ NEXT?
I own both You Are Awesome by: Neil Pasricha (which counts towards my Canadian read) and Tweet Cute by: Emma Lord, so I may pick one of them. I have a lot of current reads going on right now so if I don’t pick either I wouldn’t be surprised!
Tweet Cute looks like an interesting read.
